Got Big Feels? Want to use movement to work through them? This workshop will show you how!
Sarah will teach you some basic skills for connecting body sensations and mood awareness, then show you how movement helps you work through emotions. If you’re into rage cleaning or cry walks, you’ll learn why those coping tools work and you can cultivate appreciation for your natural inclinations!
Then, you’ll practice using new movement tools so you have more options to rely on in the future. From strength training to dance, and martial arts to chores, movement can be a purposeful outlet that brings you peace.
