Your summer is about to get adventurous.
Summer Self Care Quest
A straightforward, compassionate get-it-done challenge to help you take action to feel better.
You can’t change the whole world, but you can change your world.
Summer is here, but you feel stuck.
There are too many things going on the world for you to hold. Too much pain, including your own. Too much uncertainty. Too many problems, not enough solutions.
Let’s do something about that!
I know that you know (that I know, that you know) what your body and mind need right now. Maybe it’s practical stuff like drinking more water. Maybe it’s less tangible, like finding a way to safely feel your feelings or get community support.
It’s hard doing these tedious tasks on your own, and I’d like to make it easier for you.
Introducing the Summer Self Care Quest.
All summer long, we’re supporting each other as we do the hard stuff - in a way that’s accessible and sustainable.
Each week is themed, and you’ll have a menu of 6+ options (ranging from easier to more challenging) to choose from for your weekly quest. By the end of the summer, you’ll have worked on many different aspects of self care!
Changing your appearance (weight, hair, botox, clothes) is great at making you feel better in the short term, but caring for your here-and-now body will always serve you in the end. In the interest of long-term change, let’s work together to make our internal world (and physical bodies) feel better.
I know firsthand how lonely it can be keep showing up for yourself when it feels like there’s no point. I’ve also seen the benefits of doing all the hard, gritty stuff that you don’t want to do. It pays off! Life gets better, promise.
Don’t sit this summer out. Do what you can with what you have. Join us!
$49 covers all 10 weeks, payment plans available
