What We Do
Welcome to your home base for accessible self care. From personal training to medical nutrition therapy to workshops and challenges, everything we do here is size-inclusive and trauma-informed.
For starters, we don’t coach weight loss. We teach you to reflect on how you feel as you’re engaging with movement, food, and other health behaviors. We help you bridge the gap between wanting to be the kind of person who takes care of their body, and being that person - in practical, accessible ways that build confidence without sacrificing flexibility!
What does “size inclusive” mean?
Our measurement of success is based on your satisfaction with your self care practice, not on your weight or size. We know that your behaviors and beliefs affect your health and happiness far more than the number on the scale. We don’t measure or track your weight.
You’re in charge - we’re just here to help you take action on what’s important to you. Your autonomy is inherent, not earned.
Our resources acknowledge and provide for spatial needs, equipment weight limits, and overall accessibility. If something we offer doesn’t quite work for you, we will adjust it until it does!
We understand the challenge of living in a large body in an inaccessible world, and we can facilitate conversations to help you work through those challenges in weight-neutral ways.
Health behaviors look different for everyone, and we never expect you to look or act a certain way in order to be doing it “right.”
