We want to make sure you feel comfortable working with us before you dive into coaching. This optional (but recommended) consultation ensures just that!

Even if you end up choosing another path, we’ll send you on your way with resources and encouragement.

Personal training availability: Tuesdays and Fridays 3-6 pm CST

Personal training availability: Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 4 pm CST, and Fridays 2-4 pm CST

Personal training availability: none. Available for customized movement programming consultations

What to expect in a consultation:

Our consults are an opportunity for you to get a vibe check on your potential coach, and ask all the nitty gritty questions about training/coaching.

Consultations don’t obligate you to begin a coaching relationship, but they are a great foundation for getting started.

The 30 minute experience includes:

  • welcome and get-to-know-you convo

  • review of your consultation form (filled out after purchase of the consult) including your relationship with movement, what you want your movement coaching experience to be like, and relevant injuries or health concerns

  • time to ask questions about the coaching process based on your background and goals (what our training and resources would look like for you on a day-to-day basis)

  • time to ask questions about your coach’s background, education, and/or philosophy

  • discussion of logistics: days/times for training, how often you want additional movement assignments, etc.

Then if you and your coach both feel aligned, the next step is signing up for coaching! We’ll send you the link in the next day or so and start the onboarding process.
